Terms and Condition

No Hidden Charges: We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit of the package amount is required to confirm your booking.

Balance Payment: 40% of the package amount must be paid on the final day of the event.

Final Payment: Remaining 10% is payable upon approval of the album soft copy before printing.

Travel and Accommodation: For events outside Chennai, the client must arrange travel and accommodation. For events within Chennai, the client must also provide accommodation.

Event Coverage Timing: Coverage for each session is limited to 4–5 hours. Clients are required to notify us beforehand of any additional events or ceremonies. Any excess time or added sessions will incur additional charges.

Couple Portrait Session: A dedicated one-hour session prior to the event is requested to capture couple portraits. Please note that in the event of scheduling constraints or insufficient time, we shall not be held liable for the inability to conduct the couple portrait session.

Editing and Delivery: Colour correction of images will begin after 90% of the total payment is received, with delivery within 10 working days. Video editing and delivery may take up to 15 working days.

Album Design and Delivery: The album layout will be completed within 7 working days upon receipt of the selected photos. Following final client approval, the design, printing, and delivery process will require up to 15 working days.

Delivery Method: All deliverables (photos, videos, albums) will be provided through physical delivery, depending on the package selected.

Raw Files Policy: Raw, unedited photographs and videos will not be shared under any circumstances. Only professionally edited images and videos will be delivered as per the selected package.

Backup Responsibility: Clients are advised to download and securely back up all deliverables. We retain copies for up to 6 months after delivery.

Copyrights and Usage Rights: Copyright for all images and video content is exclusively held by Weddings By Artique. Clients receive personal usage rights, which do not include commercial reproduction or distribution.

Usage of Photos and Videos: We reserve the right to use selected photographs and videos from your event for our portfolio, website, and social media platforms for promotional purposes.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, accidents, technical failures, etc.).
