Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven On-Field Business Development Manager/Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across all our service verticals.
This is a client-facing, on-ground role requiring excellent interpersonal skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for all service lines: wedding photography, corporate events, product photography, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Pitch Artique’s offerings in a compelling and customized manner.
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless handovers to operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a CRM of leads, prospects, and client communications.
- Work rotational shifts as required to accommodate client availability and event schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (experience in photography or digital media industries is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with on-field meetings and travel within assigned regions.
- Ability to understand creative services and convey value effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Flexible with rotational shifts, including weekends or evenings when required.
