Creative Head

As the Creative Head at Weddings by Artique, you will be the visionary force behind the artistic direction of our photography and cinematography projects. You will lead the creative team, oversee visual storytelling, and ensure our brand continues to set industry benchmarks in style, innovation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Vision

• Define and maintain the overall visual aesthetic of Weddings by Artique.
• Develop unique storytelling concepts for each wedding project, aligning with the couple’s personalities and cultural nuances.
• Curate visual themes, mood boards, and style guides for pre-wedding, wedding, and post-wedding shoots.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the photography, cinematography, and editing teams.
• Provide clear creative briefs, guidance, and feedback to ensure artistic excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment that encourages innovation and high performance.

Project Oversight

• Supervise all stages of creative production — from pre-production planning and shot lists to post-production editing and delivery.
• Review final outputs (photos, videos, albums, trailers) for consistency with brand standards.
• Coordinate with operations and client servicing teams to ensure creative goals align with timelines and expectations.

Brand Development

• Evolve the brand identity by experimenting with new visual trends and storytelling techniques.
• Ensure all client-facing content (website, social media, marketing material) aligns with our creative ethos.
• Contribute to social media strategy and content curation in collaboration with marketing.

Client Interaction

• Attend key client meetings to understand vision and expectations.
• Present creative concepts to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ensure a seamless and enriching creative experience for every client.
